Hello guys, hope you all are doing well. So i basically wake up like 5.30 in the morning. i used to do freehand excercises which i don't skip usually and monday is my empty stoamch day means no roti no chapati only fruits and juices. I am doing fine and used to do hard work everyday so that its boost my immunity system and make me strong positive and fresh all day long. I think everyone should wake up early and do atleast one or two excercises daily and read valuable books it will greatly help in daily life and should talk and be friendly with everyone whether family, friends, stranger with everybody which will grow your personality and its helps to connect with the world.
